Before you ask

The questions on your mind.

Honest answers to what most people worry about — and if yours isn't here, just ask us.

Before you decide

I've never traveled that far. What if something goes wrong?

You're never on your own. A Mosim person is with you on the ground from the moment you land, and we plan for the unexpected so you don't have to. If anything comes up — a change of plan, a worry at 2 a.m. — there's a real person to call, day or night.

Is it safe? I don't really know Korea.

Korea is one of the safest countries in the world, with excellent infrastructure and hospitals that rival any in the US. And you won't be navigating it alone — we're beside you the whole way.

Do I need a visa?

Most US visitors don't need a visa — just a simple online K-ETA travel authorization. We'll tell you exactly what you need and help you prepare it before you go.

Will there be a language barrier at the hospital?

No. We interpret everything — with your doctors, your paperwork, your day. You'll always understand what's happening and what comes next.

Your care

How do I know the hospitals are good?

We work with Korea's top, internationally accredited hospitals and specialists — the same names Koreans themselves trust. We match you to the right one for your care, and tell you honestly why.

Can I bring my own records, or get a second opinion?

Absolutely. Send us what you have and we'll have it reviewed before you travel. A second opinion is one of the most common reasons people come — and one of the most valuable.

What if I'm not sure what care I need?

That's completely fine — many people start exactly there. Tell us what's on your mind and we'll help you figure it out with the right specialists. No pressure, no commitment.

What kinds of care do you handle?

We focus on the planned care that's costly or slow back home — health screening, knees & joints, dental, and eyes. But Korea's hospitals do far more, so if you're here for something else, just ask.

What it costs

How much will it really cost?

Clearly, and upfront — no "sign up to see the price." At the end of planning you'll see our fee and an estimate of your medical costs, side by side. The final hospital quote is confirmed before anything is decided.

What exactly does Mosim charge for?

One concierge fee — for the planning, the private car, the interpreter, the everyday meals, and the person beside you. That is everything we charge.

Then how do I pay the hospital?

You pay hospitals and hotels directly, so there's no markup from us. We arrange every booking and guide each payment, step by step, so it's never confusing or stressful.

Are there hidden fees?

None. Our fee is our fee; your medical and travel costs are yours, paid directly to the providers. We'll never add a surprise.

During your trip & after

Will someone really be with me the whole time?

Yes — a real person meets you at the airport, accompanies you to every appointment, interprets, and is on call 24/7. You are never left to figure things out alone.

What if I use a wheelchair, or tire easily?

We plan the days around your body, not the clock — gentle pacing, rest built in, accessible routes and transport. Just tell us, and we'll handle it.

How long would I be in Korea?

It depends on your care — we build the plan around your pace, never rushing recovery. We'll give you a realistic length before you commit to anything.

What happens after I go home?

We help with follow-up — relaying records to your doctors at home, answering questions, and staying reachable. The relationship doesn't end at the airport.

Still wondering about something?

Ask us anything — there's no commitment, just answers from a real person who's done this before.
