How our concierge fee works, and what happens if your plans change — written to be clear, not to trap you.

1 · Payment terms

One simple fee.

Mosim charges a single concierge fee. It is US $1,200 per traveler for a one-week (7-day) trip. If your trip is shorter or longer, we simply prorate it to your actual number of days — that's about $170 a day per traveler — so you only pay for the days we're by your side.

What the fee covers

Planning your trip before you go (our team and our AI tools), and a Mosim companion physically beside you in Korea, from the moment you arrive until you fly home — interpreting, transportation, going with you to the hospital, and helping with daily needs.

What the fee does not cover

The fee is for Mosim's service only. It does not include your medical care, your hotel, or your flights. Those are billed to you directly by the hospital, hotel, and airline. Mosim never collects that money, never adds a markup, and never takes a cut — you always see the real costs as they are.

Currency and how you pay

The fee is charged in US dollars (USD), by card or PayPal. After we talk with you, we send a secure payment link — there's no cold checkout to figure out on your own. If you're traveling with others, the fee can be split among travelers.

What paying means

When you pay the concierge fee, you're telling us you'd like Mosim to begin arranging your trip. That's our signal to start planning for you.

2 · Refund policy

We want you to feel safe saying yes.

Changed your mind?

If we haven't started your planning yet, you get a full refund — whatever the dates. Just reach out.

Once your trip has begun

After your trip has begun — generally from your departure — the concierge fee is non-refundable, because the service is being delivered to you in real time.

Our good-faith promise

Numbers can't cover every situation. If a rule ever feels unfair to you, talk to us. We'd always rather make it right than hide behind a policy.

If your health changes

You're traveling for your health, and your health comes first. If your doctor advises against travel, or your condition prevents the trip, we will handle your refund generously, case by case — even beyond the windows below. You should never feel trapped by a payment when your health is the reason you can't go. Please just reach out as early as you can, and we'll take care of you.

If Mosim cancels

If we ever have to cancel, or we can't deliver the service we promised, you get a full refund of your concierge fee — every dollar.

3 · Cancellation policy

The sooner you tell us, the more comes back.

Once we've begun arranging your trip, how much of your concierge fee is refunded depends on how early you let us know — because the closer to departure, the more we've already arranged and committed for you. Timing is counted from your departure date from the US:

  • 14 or more days before departureFull refund — 100%
  • 7 to 13 days before departure70% refunded
  • 3 to 6 days before departure30% refunded
  • Fewer than 3 days, including departure dayNo refund

These tiers apply to Mosim's concierge fee only. Any refunds for hospitals, hotels, or flights follow those providers' own policies, since you paid them directly.

How to cancel

It's simple: just contact your Mosim person. One message or call is enough — no forms, no runaround. We'll walk you through everything.
